Determinarea al<br />

pier<strong>de</strong>rii <strong>de</strong> presiune<br />

Pier<strong>de</strong>rea totala <strong>de</strong> presiune este<br />

suma pier<strong>de</strong>rii <strong>de</strong> sarcina a celor<br />

doi colectori si cea liniara a<br />

registrului <strong>de</strong> tevi.<br />

Determinarea pier<strong>de</strong>rii <strong>de</strong> sarcina:<br />

De ex. <strong>ZBN</strong>600/4; 20m; racordare 1“<br />

1. 1. Se stabileste <strong>de</strong>bitul masic total<br />

al panoului radiant analizat.<br />

De ex. m = 600 kg/h<br />

2. Se stabileste pier<strong>de</strong>rea <strong>de</strong> sarcina<br />

a perechii <strong>de</strong> colectori prin consul<br />

tarea diagramei.<br />

De ex: p pereche <strong>de</strong> colectori = 210<br />

Pa/pereche <strong>de</strong> colectori pen tru<br />

600kg/h si racordare 1“<br />

3. Pier<strong>de</strong>rea <strong>de</strong> sarcina a registrului<br />

este stabilita conform diagramei.<br />

Debitul masic rezulta din imparti<br />

rea <strong>de</strong>bitului masic total la numarul<br />

<strong>de</strong> tevi <strong>de</strong> apa in paralel.<br />

De ex : 600 kg/h: 3 randuri <strong>de</strong><br />

tevi = 200 kg/h<br />

p tub = 300 Pa * 2<br />

(circuit in ambele sensuri) = 600 Pa<br />

4. Pier<strong>de</strong>rea totala <strong>de</strong> sarcina a<br />

panoului radiant reprezinta suma<br />

pier<strong>de</strong>rilor <strong>de</strong> sarcina separate pe<br />

care tocmai le-am calculat.<br />

De ex. 210 Pa + 600 Pa = 810 Pa<br />
