CONDENSAREA VAPORILOR<br />
o Majoritatea con<strong>de</strong>nsărilor industriale <strong>de</strong>curg în<br />
film. Chiar dacă iniţial procesul <strong>de</strong>curge în<br />
picături, ulterior, după ce suprafaţa este spălată<br />
chiar <strong>de</strong> către con<strong>de</strong>nsat, procesul <strong>de</strong>curge în<br />
film.<br />
o Tot pelicular se <strong>de</strong>sfăşoară con<strong>de</strong>nsarea şi pe<br />
suprafeţele ruginite.<br />
o Pt. a realiza con<strong>de</strong>nsarea permanentă în picături,<br />
se pot introduce în vapori mici cant. <strong>de</strong> subst.<br />
care împiedică udarea suprafeţei: mercaptani pt.<br />
suprafeţe din Cu sau aliaje <strong>de</strong> Cu, acid oleic pt.<br />
cupru, alamă, nichel, crom, etc.<br />
o O altă soluţie = acoperirea suprafeţei <strong>de</strong><br />
con<strong>de</strong>nsare cu lacuri speciale.<br />
