Discu¡ii
Lucrarea prezintå factorii care <strong>de</strong>terminå producerea
eroziunii ¿i abraziei (stilul mo<strong>de</strong>rn <strong>de</strong>
via¡å) ¿i abfrac¡iei cu prezentarea unor cazuri clinice
semnificative.
Sunt prezentate solu¡iile terapeutice indicate în
func¡ie <strong>de</strong> forma etiologicå, cu <strong>de</strong>scrierea timpilor
operatori ¿i materialele <strong>de</strong> restaurare folosite precum
¿i exemplificarea lor întro cazuisticå reprezentativå.
Concluzii
Leziunile cervicale necarioase reprezintå o patologie
frecventå fiind <strong>de</strong>terminate <strong>de</strong> stilul mo<strong>de</strong>rn
<strong>de</strong> via¡å. Dacå tratamentul se efectueazå precoce
se evitå apari¡ia complica¡iilor reprezentate <strong>de</strong>
modificåri estetice ¿i durere.

Abstract
Loss of <strong>de</strong>ntine at the buccal cervical region of
teeth has a multifactorial aetiology.
The purpose of this paper is to <strong>de</strong>termine the
factors that cause the non-carious cervical lesions
and the proper therapy for each clinical case.
Material and method
The paper <strong>de</strong>termines that the erosion and the
abrasion are causes of the non-carious cervical
lesions. Recent studies have shown that the abfraction
caused by the oclusal trauma may induce teeth
flexions at the cervical level.
Discussions
The paper <strong>de</strong>scribes the factors that cause erosion,
abrasion (the mo<strong>de</strong>rn lifestyle) and also
abfraction and presents some significant clinical
cases.
The clinical treatments are presented according
to the aetiological form, the restauration materials
and the operating times are <strong>de</strong>scribed and they
are illustrated through several representative cases.
Conclusions
Non-carious cervical lesions are a very common
pathology being caused by the mo<strong>de</strong>rn lifestyle.
If treatment is applied in due time, complications
such as aesthetic changes and pain may be avoi<strong>de</strong>d.

In simple <strong>de</strong>cay with <strong>de</strong>ep cavities, we could
fight against the presence of the firts initial
bacteries in to the <strong>de</strong>ntine, with diferent methods.
Calcium hidroxy<strong>de</strong>, so much used in treatment
of the <strong>de</strong>ntine plague, besi<strong>de</strong>s neo<strong>de</strong>ntinogenetics
efect, is a good antiseptic, which is often
revelead by many authors in their clinil and microbiological
researchs.
