only on its development and finding of new qualitative attributes, but not on the best traditions loss, national
quality standards reduction. Thus the education system evolution must not be separated from society as it must
develop in harmony interrelation with this society.
The Ukrainian higher education system modernization (Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education» and number
of the normative acts of Ministry of education and science) has some general attributes with by the Bologna process
(providing a levelable education system), but it does not enough answers it. It caused that national education
system modernization processes were not oriented on European integration. Mostly, they had «internal» character
and were mainly reduced to higher education system «adaptation» to new internal realities. At present time the
higher education reforming conception should be overlooked again and the program of its sequential convergence
with the European educational and scientific space must be creat.
The Ukrainian government can reach the realized political decision, which must base on needed reforms’ realization
and must become a foundation of the external state policy, directed on domestic higher education system’s
integration to the European space.
We continue development of the Bologna process. On this way it is important that our reforms were not useless,
smattering and were not stultifyed only to conferences and discussions. They should contribute aims achieving
– to give to youth opportunities, cooperating with Europe, to upset Ukraine and to make all of us perfect
European continent citizens.
Thus, positive changes are taking place in the formation of a complex system of education as a constituent of
national education, as was submitted in paper.
