REZUMAT<br />

Lucrarea are la bază <strong>de</strong>terminările fă<strong>cu</strong>te în 2003-2007 în laboratoarele ASP<br />

Suceava pentru <strong>cu</strong>noaşterea concentraţiei unor pestici<strong>de</strong> în alimente, în cadrul programului<br />

GEMS/FOOD (Global Environment Monitoring System/ Food contamination Monitoring and<br />

Assessment Program). S-a <strong>de</strong>terminat DDT total şi metaboliţii: (c + p) DDE, (o + p) DDD, (o<br />

+ p) DDT; HCH total şi izomerii: alfa, beta, gama, <strong>de</strong>lta în 130 <strong>de</strong> probe <strong>de</strong> alimente<br />

(preparate carne, <strong>de</strong>rivate lapte, vegetale, produse <strong>de</strong> panificaţie), iar în 30 probe <strong>de</strong><br />

alimente <strong>cu</strong> <strong>de</strong>stinaţie nutriţională specială „ baby food” pe lângă pestici<strong>de</strong>le menţionate<br />

anterior, s-a <strong>de</strong>terminat heptaclorul, heptaclorepoxid, aldrin, endrin. Reziduurile <strong>de</strong> pestici<strong>de</strong><br />

organoclorurate s-au <strong>de</strong>terminat prin metoda gazcromatografică, conform standar<strong>de</strong>lor în<br />

vigoare. Pestici<strong>de</strong>le analizate au fost prezente în toate categoriile <strong>de</strong> alimente în care s-au<br />

fă<strong>cu</strong>t <strong>de</strong>terminări, cele mai mici concentraţii fiind la categoria “baby food”. Din cantitatea<br />

medie a pestici<strong>de</strong>lor totale a predominat DDT.<br />

ABSTRACT<br />

The paper is based on the measures ma<strong>de</strong> between 2003 and 2007 in the Laboratory<br />

of the Public Health Authority of the Suceava <strong>de</strong>partment in the aim to establish the<br />

concentration of some pestici<strong>de</strong>s in food, part of the GEMS/FOOD program (Global<br />

Environment Monitoring System/ Food contamination Monitoring and Assessment Program).<br />

The pestici<strong>de</strong>s analyzed: total DDT and metabolites: (c + p) DDE, (o + p) DDD, (o + p)<br />

DDT; HCH total and alpha, beta, gamma, <strong>de</strong>lta HCH were <strong>de</strong>termined in 130 food samples<br />

(meat products, milk products, vegetables, white flour). In 30 “baby food” samples additional<br />

analyses have been ma<strong>de</strong> for heptachlor, heptachlorepoxid, aldrin and endrin. The pestici<strong>de</strong>s<br />

were measured with standard gas chromatographic method. The analyzed pestici<strong>de</strong>s were<br />

present in all the food category and the lower concentration was <strong>de</strong>termined in “baby food”.<br />

DDT was prevalent in the mean amount of total pestici<strong>de</strong>s.<br />
