6. Gradul <strong>de</strong> satisfacere a turistilor<br />

Ecoturismul raspun<strong>de</strong> asteptarilor turistilor. In <strong>de</strong>zvoltarea produselor ecoturistice trebuie avut <strong>in</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>re faptul ca,<br />

<strong>in</strong> general, potentialii turisti d<strong>in</strong> acest domeniu au un nivel ridicat <strong>de</strong> educatie si <strong>de</strong> asteptari. Astfel, gradul <strong>de</strong><br />

satisfacere legat <strong>de</strong> produsul ecoturistic este esential, experienta oferita <strong>in</strong><strong>de</strong>pl<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>d sau chiar <strong>de</strong>pas<strong>in</strong>d gradul <strong>de</strong><br />

asteptare al turistilor.<br />

7. Market<strong>in</strong>g corect<br />

Se urmareste realizarea unui market<strong>in</strong>g corect, ce duce la asteptari realiste. Market<strong>in</strong>gul pentru ecoturism ofera<br />

clientilor <strong>in</strong>formatii complete si responsabile care conduc la cresterea respectului pentru mediul natural si cultural<br />

al zonelor vizitate si a gradului <strong>de</strong> satisfacere a turistilor.<br />

Aceste pr<strong>in</strong>cipii sunt agreate si promovate si <strong>de</strong> catre Asociatia <strong>de</strong> Ecoturism d<strong>in</strong> Romania (AER) si au la baza<br />

doua mo<strong>de</strong>le <strong>in</strong>ternationale: Nature and Ecoturism Accreditation Program <strong>de</strong>zvoltat <strong>de</strong> catre Asociatia <strong>de</strong><br />

Ecoturism d<strong>in</strong> Australia si Nature’s Best, sistemul <strong>de</strong> acreditare promovat <strong>de</strong> catre Asociatia <strong>de</strong> Ecoturism d<strong>in</strong><br />

Suedia.<br />

D<strong>in</strong> perspectiva noastra, aceste pr<strong>in</strong>cipii trebuie sa fie puse <strong>in</strong> practica atat <strong>de</strong> cei ce <strong>de</strong>zvolta produse<br />

ecoturistice, cat si <strong>de</strong> cei ce planifica <strong>de</strong>zvoltarea unei zone pe baza <strong>de</strong> ecoturism.<br />

De asemenea, ecoturismul <strong>in</strong> zona trebuie pus <strong>in</strong> directa legatura cu:<br />

- reteaua <strong>de</strong> arii naturale protejate d<strong>in</strong> zona: Cheile Oltetului, Pestera Polovragi, Cheile Bistritei, Pestera<br />

Liliecilor, Parcul National Buila Vanturarita si cu viitorul Parc National Parang<br />

- pesterile amenajate pentru turism: P.Muierii, P.Polovragi, P.Liliecilor<br />

4.1 Avantajele competitive ale zonei Horezu si imprejurimi fata <strong>de</strong> alte zone<br />

In peisajul <strong>ecoturismului</strong> European, Romania are cateva puncte tari, care o fac atractiva fata <strong>de</strong> alte <strong>de</strong>st<strong>in</strong>atii<br />

europene. Conform unui studiu realizat pe piata olan<strong>de</strong>za (Blumer, 2002) acestea s<strong>in</strong>t: natura neat<strong>in</strong>sa,<br />

autenticitatea traditiilor, 30 % d<strong>in</strong> populatia europeana <strong>de</strong> carnivore mari, Delta Dunarii, paduri naturale si<br />

nefragmentate, ospitalitate, peisaj divers, relatia om natura b<strong>in</strong>e conservata, biodiversitate mare, peste 12.000 <strong>de</strong><br />

pesteri, mancare traditionala, mister, traditii crest<strong>in</strong>e, plante medic<strong>in</strong>ale, relief <strong>in</strong> sare.<br />

D<strong>in</strong>tre acestea , o mare parte se regasesc <strong>in</strong> structura zonei care face obiectul acestui raport, astfel: natura neat<strong>in</strong>sa<br />

(Parcul National Buila Vanturarita, Cheile Oltetului -partial), traditii autentice: ceramica <strong>de</strong> Horezu, rudaritul,<br />

scoartele oltenesti; prezenta carnivorelor mari (lup, urs, ras); paduri naturale si nefragmentate (Buila Vanturarita,<br />

Cheile Oltetului, Cheile Bistritei, etc); ospitalitate, peisaj divers, ralatia om-natura b<strong>in</strong>e conservata, biodiversitate<br />
