<strong>si</strong> biochimice complexe <strong>si</strong> dureaza 0,5-<br />

1,5 ani.<br />

Pritrocirea v<strong>in</strong>ului de pe drojdie se<br />

realizeaza<br />

variante:<br />

deschisa;<br />

practic <strong>in</strong> urmatoarele<br />

cu aeri<strong>si</strong>re limitata;<br />

<strong>in</strong>chisa.<br />

Pritocirea deschisa se face atunci<br />

cand se doreste <strong>si</strong> o aerare puternica.<br />

Pritocirea cu aeri<strong>si</strong>re limitata este<br />

aplicata v<strong>in</strong>urilor noi, normale, iar<br />

pritocirea <strong>in</strong>chisa este aplicata atunci<br />

cand se doreste evitarea aerarii, <strong>in</strong><br />

general pentru v<strong>in</strong>urile f<strong>in</strong>ite.<br />
