Rezonanţe Plasmonice - Să fie Lumină la Scară Nanometrică<br />

analiza AFM în lichi<strong>de</strong>, o cameră vi<strong>de</strong>o color, un sistem<br />

<strong>de</strong> focalizare motorizat şi platforma <strong>de</strong> scanare prin<br />

acţionare piezo-electrică. Sistemul <strong>de</strong> Microscopie Raman<br />

Confocală lucrează în următoarele moduri <strong>de</strong> lucru: imagistică<br />

spectrală Raman, achiziţie <strong>de</strong> spectru/pixel (scanare), achiziţie<br />

<strong>de</strong> spectre din arii selectate (confocal micro-Raman),<br />

multi mo<strong>de</strong>, conectori. Sistemul dispune în prezent <strong>de</strong> 2<br />

lasere, un Yag 532 nm şi un He-Ne 633 nm, domeniul<br />

lungimilor <strong>de</strong> undă <strong>de</strong> excitaţie 442-785 nm, <strong>de</strong>tecţie Raman<br />

între 150-3500 cm-1, spectrometru UHTS 300, cuplaj cu<br />

fibra optică standart SMA, două reţele <strong>de</strong> difracţie cu 600<br />

respectiv 1800 linii/mm, <strong>de</strong>tector CCD cu răcire Peltier si<br />

iluminare prin spate tip Marconi. Microscopul AFM ică lucrează<br />

în următoarele moduri: contact mod, forţă laterală,<br />

acustic (tapping) mod, contact mod intermitent cu imagistică<br />

în fază şi amplitudine, rezoluţie 16 bit, digitizare 5MHz,<br />

frecvenţă 10-500 kHz, laser <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>flexie 980 nm, unitate <strong>de</strong><br />

<strong>de</strong>tectie a <strong>de</strong>flexiei, masa antivibraţie 0.7 – 1000 Hz, > 1000<br />

Hz passive. Aria <strong>de</strong> scanare 100x100x20 microni;<br />

Reţele <strong>de</strong> nanosfereauto-asamblateşi<br />

acoperite cu un film <strong>de</strong> aur<br />

2. Spectrofluorimetru Jasco FP 6500 + accesorii;<br />

lungimea <strong>de</strong> undă în excitaţie: 220-750 nm; lungimea <strong>de</strong><br />

undă în emisie: 220-750 nm; monocromator cu reţea <strong>de</strong><br />

difracţie 1500 trăsături / mm; lărgimi <strong>de</strong> bandă spectrală selectabile;<br />

viteză <strong>de</strong> scanare reglabilă: 20-10000 nm/min; raport<br />

semnal / zgomot > 550:1; suport probă soli<strong>de</strong>; soft care<br />

permite analiza cantitativă, calibrare, scanare;<br />

3. Spectometrul Jasco V-530 cu modul Jasco SLM-<br />

468S pentru măsurători în reflexie; domeniul spectral: 250-<br />

1000 nm; dimensiunile probei analizate: minim 10x10 mm,<br />

maxim 100x120mm; diametrul fascicolului 7 mm; unghiul<br />

<strong>de</strong> inci<strong>de</strong>nţă aproximativ 5°; referinţă: oglindă plană cu aluminiu;<br />
