- Chirurgie robotică
Din 2008 în Institutul Fundeni a început chirurgia robotică.
Primele rezultate arată că e o chirurgie a viitorului, fără îndoială.
Roboții sunt sisteme care operează cu mai multă finețe decât
mâna umană, brațul robotic ajunge ușor în zone în care mâna
omului nu poate ajunge, iar vizibilitatea pe care o are chirurgul
în cursul chirurgiei robotice este semnificativ mai buna decât
cea pe care o are în chirurgia deschisă.
CCGTH este centru național de formare pentru supraspecializarea
de chirurgie hepatică și transplant hepatic, centru
metodologic de formare în supraspecializarea chirurgie oncologică.
Cei peste 20 de doctoranzi sunt inplicați în activități de
cercetare în domeniile de interes ale CCGTH.
Istoria dezvoltării infrastructurii
de cercetare
În cadrul Centrului de Chirurgie Generala și Transplant Hepatic
din Institutul Clinic Fundeni am dezvoltarea infrastructurii
a urmărit realizarea obiectivelor de cercetare, dar și înființarea
de noi laboratoare, standardizate conform normelor CE.
Fondurile obținute din proiecte de cercetare în perioada
2006-2008 au fost de peste 15 400 000 Ron și a permis amenajarea
și dotarelor, dar și a centrului de chirurgie experimentală.

Cele mai importante echipamente achiziționate în cadrul
platformei George Emil Palade sunt:
1. DEZVOLTAREA CHIRURGIEI ROBOTICE PRI
ACHIZIȚIOAREA SISTEMULUI DA VICI
2. LABORATORUL DE GEOMICĂ conține platforma de
microarray, care a fost completată cu instalațiile de lucru în
condiții ozon free (NO ZONE TL WORKSPACE +
SCRUBBER) și de monitorizare a atmosferei controlate de
ozon (ANALIZOR DETECTOR O3 400 API) .
De asemenea, laboratorul de genomică este dotat cu :
o hotă de PCR- unde se pregătesc probele de ARN pentru
real Time PCR
sistemul de Real Time PCR- Applied Biosystems 7300folosit
pentru validarea și amplificarea PCR primer-specifică a
- Robotic surgery
Robotic surgery began in the Institute Fundeni from 2008.
First results show that this surgery is the future without doubt.

CCGTH is a national training center for superspecialisation
in liver surgery and liver transplant, and methodological training

Presentation of the Developed
Research Infrastructure
The development of the infrastructure within the Department
of General Surgery and Liver Transplantation from Fundeni
Clinical Institute, pursue the accomplishment of the
research objectives but also the establishement of new standardized
laboratories according to European Comunity norms.
The funds obtained from research projects during 2006-2008
were over 15 400 000 Ron and allowed the arranjament and the
endowment of these laboratories but also of the experimental
surgery center.
The most important purchased equipments within George
Emil Plade Platform enabled:
1. the development of robotics surgery by the aquisition of
DAVICI SYSTEM
2. the development of GEOMIC LABORATORY containg
the microarray platform which was completed with the ozone
free devices: NO ZONE TL WORKSPACE, SCRUBBER
Robotul “da Vinci ® ”şi cele 3 braţe articulate
“da Vinci ® ” - movable cart with three articulated robot arms
(maintaining a free ozon atmosphere) and O3 DETECTOR
ANALYZER 400 API (mesure the ozon level in the working
space).
The genomic laboratory contains also:
PCR hood – for preparing the RNA samples for real time-
PCR
Real-time PCR system – 7300 Applied Biosystem- used
for validating and PCR amplification of cDNA with specific
primers and for quantification of gene expression transcripts of
tumoral tissue compared with normal tissu (technique used on a
lot of 38 patients with ductal pancreatic carcinoma within the
CEEX project 56/2005 with a financed value for the Department
of General Surgery and Liver Transplantation of 740 000Ron).
