a gustului<br />

2.1 Metodologie<br />

2.1.1 Invatare si schimb <strong>de</strong> <strong>in</strong>formatii pr<strong>in</strong> experienta<br />

Atelierele pe care le prop<strong>un</strong>em s<strong>un</strong>t mai presus <strong>de</strong> toate, <strong>un</strong> loc i<strong>de</strong>al pentru <strong>in</strong>vatare<br />

si schimb <strong>de</strong> experienta. Deci <strong>ce</strong>ea <strong>ce</strong> conteaza mai mult nu este spatiul fizic, poate<br />

avea loc ori<strong>un</strong><strong>de</strong>, chiar si <strong>in</strong> aer liber, dupa cum este folosita metodologia. A<strong>ce</strong>asta este<br />

bazata pe experienta, cooperare si pe bucuria <strong>de</strong> a fa<strong>ce</strong> lucruri impre<strong>un</strong>a. Stimulii care<br />

apar d<strong>in</strong> experiente permite fiecarui participant sa isi restructureze memoria <strong>senzoriala</strong>.<br />

A<strong>ce</strong>sta are loc pr<strong>in</strong>tr-o aventura holisica care calatoreste <strong>de</strong> la simturi spre emotii,<br />

<strong>in</strong>corporand abilitati manuale, creative, <strong>in</strong>tuitive si imag<strong>in</strong>are, care duc spre o <strong>in</strong>telegere<br />

a <strong>un</strong>or mecanisme care regleaza alegerile <strong>in</strong> consum si asista la re<strong>in</strong>noirea lor.<br />

Atelierul este <strong>un</strong> spatiu care promoveaza <strong>un</strong>icitatea si diversitatea experientei fiecaruia,<br />

fara preju<strong>de</strong>cati sau formule precon<strong>ce</strong>pute. Aici, <strong>in</strong>dividualitatea noastra este vazuta<br />

ca o mostenire care contribuie la imbogatirea experientei colective. A<strong>ce</strong>st lucru este<br />

a<strong>de</strong>varat <strong>in</strong> special pentru participantii mai t<strong>in</strong>eri. De asemenea este important <strong>de</strong><br />

realizat ca oricat <strong>de</strong> irelevant sau nesustenabil ar putea parea, obi<strong>ce</strong>iurile <strong>de</strong> consum,<br />

care marcheaza <strong>in</strong>divizii s<strong>un</strong>t o parte <strong>in</strong>tegranta a structurii lor per<strong>ce</strong>ptive si nu pot fi<br />

negate doar fi<strong>in</strong>d imbogatite pr<strong>in</strong> noi experiente. Astfel fiecare participant este protagonistul<br />

aventurii proprii, <strong>in</strong> timp <strong>ce</strong> este <strong>in</strong>curajat sa impartaseasca reguli si momente<br />

<strong>de</strong> schimb <strong>de</strong> experienta si com<strong>un</strong>icare, <strong>ce</strong>ea <strong>ce</strong> contribuie la educatia si imbogatirea<br />

reciproca.<br />

2.1.2 Exercitii si platforme<br />

Familiaritate si re<strong>in</strong>noire<br />

Exercitiile pe care il prop<strong>un</strong>em s<strong>un</strong>t bazate pe experiente care <strong>in</strong>tegreaza elemente<br />

familiare <strong>ce</strong>lor mai t<strong>in</strong>eri (snacksuri, fast food, obi<strong>ce</strong>iuri <strong>de</strong> acasa, reclame) si elemente<br />

care s<strong>un</strong>t noi <strong>un</strong>iversului lor <strong>sens</strong>orial (<strong>de</strong>gustare <strong>de</strong> produse tipi<strong>ce</strong>, productie <strong>de</strong> alimente<br />

artizanale). A<strong>ce</strong>asta prev<strong>in</strong>e suspici<strong>un</strong>ea, <strong>ce</strong>ea <strong>ce</strong> ar putea du<strong>ce</strong> la <strong>in</strong>chi<strong>de</strong>re si<br />

refuz, si <strong>de</strong> asemenea stimuleaza <strong>in</strong>teresul.<br />

Simplu / complex<br />

Experientele <strong>in</strong><strong>ce</strong>p cu o situatie b<strong>in</strong>e <strong>de</strong>f<strong>in</strong>ita, simpla si circumscrisa, dar cu scopul <strong>de</strong><br />

a condu<strong>ce</strong> spre exterior, pentru a fa<strong>ce</strong> fata complexitatii ecosistemului si locatiilor <strong>de</strong><br />

productie si consum care reprez<strong>in</strong>ta spatiul cu care ne <strong>in</strong>talnim <strong>in</strong> fiecare zi.<br />

Impre<strong>un</strong>area si <strong>in</strong>tegrarea etapelor<br />

Fiecare exercitiu poate dus la b<strong>un</strong> sfarsit <strong>in</strong>dividual, dar e preferabil sa fie <strong>in</strong>cadrat <strong>in</strong>tr<strong>un</strong><br />

context mai larg al aventurii care <strong>in</strong>clu<strong>de</strong> mai multe etape.<br />

A<strong>ce</strong>st lucru permite diferitelor per<strong>ce</strong>ptii senzoriale sa fie <strong>in</strong>vestigate mai <strong>in</strong> <strong>de</strong>taliu, prima<br />

data <strong>in</strong>dividual si apoi <strong>in</strong>tegrat, adaugand valoare relatiilor si s<strong>in</strong>ergiilor <strong>in</strong>tre diferite<br />

simturi. Oricum, nu exista o <strong>de</strong>st<strong>in</strong>atie f<strong>in</strong>ala. Educatia <strong>senzoriala</strong> este o calatorie care<br />

cont<strong>in</strong>ua toata viata noastra si fiecare stimul este parte a pro<strong>ce</strong>sului <strong>de</strong> <strong>in</strong>vatare. Cu cat<br />

stimulii s<strong>un</strong>t mai coerenti, <strong>in</strong>tegrati si repetati cu atat activarea lor este mai <strong>de</strong> efect.<br />

Repetati si re<strong>in</strong>noiti experimentele<br />
