Experienta 9.1.1 Interferenta vazului cu mirosul<br />

(De la varsta <strong>de</strong> 7 ani)<br />

A<strong>ce</strong>st experiment implica evaluarea bucuriei <strong>ce</strong>lor doua alimente senzorial i<strong>de</strong>nti<strong>ce</strong> <strong>de</strong><br />

culori diferite. A<strong>ce</strong>sta va constientiza participantii <strong>de</strong>spre cata culoare poate conditiona<br />

participarea lor si poate <strong>in</strong>fluenta <strong>de</strong>zirabilitatea mancarii.<br />

Materiale:<br />

• Peturi <strong>de</strong> lapte d<strong>in</strong> a<strong>ce</strong>lasi brand<br />

• Pachete sau sticlute <strong>de</strong> coloranti alimentari, fara miros, <strong>un</strong>ul galben sau orange si<br />

<strong>un</strong>ul albastru<br />

• Cani goale<br />

• Litri <strong>de</strong> apa plata<br />

• 4 pahare pentru <strong>de</strong>gustare pentru fiecare participant<br />

• L<strong>in</strong>guri pentru amestecat<br />

• Servetele <strong>de</strong> hartie<br />

• Hartie si creioane, fise <strong>in</strong>dividuale <strong>de</strong> evaluare (Fig. 9.1)<br />

• Flipchart sau coli mari <strong>de</strong> hartie pentru <strong>in</strong>registrarea rezultatelor<br />

Metoda:<br />

• Impartiti laptele <strong>in</strong> <strong>ce</strong>le trei cani. Colorati o parte cu galben sau orange si <strong>un</strong>ul <strong>in</strong> albastru.<br />

Daca folositi colorant pudra, mai <strong>in</strong>tai amestecati pudra cu put<strong>in</strong> lapte <strong>in</strong>tr-o<br />

cana apoi adaugati restul <strong>de</strong> lapte, pentru a evita formarea cocoloaselor. Amestecati<br />

b<strong>in</strong>e. Marcati fiecare cana cu o litera d<strong>in</strong> alfabet.<br />

• Marcati a<strong>ce</strong>easi litera pe paharele participantilor. Lasati <strong>un</strong>a fara litera si umpleti-o<br />

cu apa. Turnati o mica cantitate d<strong>in</strong> laptele colorat <strong>in</strong> paharele coresp<strong>un</strong>zatoare.<br />

• Rugati participantii sa guste <strong>ce</strong>le trei bauturi <strong>un</strong>ul cate <strong>un</strong>ul, clat<strong>in</strong>du-si gura cu<br />

apa <strong>in</strong>tre gustari. Rugati-i sa completeze fisa, notand diferentele si similaritatile si<br />

<strong>in</strong>dicand mostra preferata.<br />

• Dupa term<strong>in</strong>area <strong>de</strong>gustarii, <strong>de</strong>zvaluiti ca <strong>ce</strong>le trei mostre s<strong>un</strong>t i<strong>de</strong>nti<strong>ce</strong> <strong>in</strong> raport cu<br />

mirosul si gustul si s<strong>in</strong>gura diferenta a fost culoarea. Au fost ei constienti <strong>de</strong> iluzia<br />

optica? Care culoare a fost <strong>ce</strong>a mai placuta si care <strong>ce</strong>a mai put<strong>in</strong> placuta?<br />
