2.2.6 Pregatirea atelierelor<br />
Ori<strong>un</strong><strong>de</strong> este t<strong>in</strong>ut atelierul, pro<strong>ce</strong>sul <strong>de</strong> pregatire reprez<strong>in</strong>ta o oport<strong>un</strong>itate <strong>de</strong> com<strong>un</strong>icare<br />
importanta. Este util sa creati o anumita rut<strong>in</strong>a care permite participantilor sa<br />
i<strong>de</strong>ntifi<strong>ce</strong> spatiul si sa <strong>in</strong>tre <strong>in</strong>tr-o stare <strong>de</strong> spirit a<strong>de</strong>cvata. Ina<strong>in</strong>te <strong>de</strong> a <strong>in</strong><strong>ce</strong>pe, aranjati<br />
atent spatiul si asigurati-va ca materialele <strong>de</strong> care aveti nevoie s<strong>un</strong>t organizate si disponibile.<br />
At<strong>un</strong>ci cand prezentati mancare, fiti atenti la aparenta, la potrivirea culorilor,<br />
formelor si imag<strong>in</strong>ilor care permite o refer<strong>in</strong>ta imediata la zona locala si la perioada<br />
anului. A<strong>ce</strong>asta este <strong>ce</strong>a mai b<strong>un</strong>a cale <strong>de</strong> a va asigura ca participantii vor avea tiparit<br />
<strong>in</strong> m<strong>in</strong>te <strong>ce</strong>ea <strong>ce</strong> este ne<strong>ce</strong>sar, creand asocieri si conexi<strong>un</strong>i care s<strong>un</strong>t importante pentru<br />
alegerile pe care le vor fa<strong>ce</strong> <strong>in</strong> viitor.<br />
2.2.7 Igiena si siguranta<br />
Urmarea anumitor reguli va garanta igiena si siguranta <strong>in</strong> timpul manipularii si a consumului<br />
<strong>de</strong> mancare. A<strong>ce</strong>ste reguli ar trebui sa <strong>de</strong>v<strong>in</strong>a parte a rut<strong>in</strong>ei <strong>de</strong> pregatire.<br />
Igiena personala:<br />
• Ina<strong>in</strong>te <strong>de</strong> oricare experiment este recomandabil sa va dati jos <strong>ce</strong>r<strong>ce</strong>ii, bratarile si<br />
<strong>ce</strong>asurile si sa va spalati pe ma<strong>in</strong>i cu sap<strong>un</strong> lichid, dupa care sa va clatiti b<strong>in</strong>e si sa<br />
va stergeti cu <strong>un</strong> prosop.<br />
• Daca e posibil furnizati participantilor o <strong>un</strong>iforma: <strong>un</strong> sort si o sapca, boneta (cum<br />
ar fi <strong>ce</strong>le <strong>de</strong> <strong>un</strong>ica folos<strong>in</strong>ta d<strong>in</strong> hartie), <strong>ce</strong>ea <strong>ce</strong> va imb<strong>un</strong>atati igiena si ii va ajuta pe<br />
toti sa isi <strong>in</strong>tre <strong>in</strong> roluri.<br />
Curatenia:<br />
• Toti ar trebui sa ajute la spalat vasele, ustensilele, tacamurile si suprafetele <strong>de</strong> lucru,<br />
<strong>in</strong>a<strong>in</strong>te si dupa testele practi<strong>ce</strong>.<br />
Siguranta alimentelor:<br />
• Verificati data expirarii pe produse si pastrati <strong>in</strong> frigi<strong>de</strong>r (care trebuie ment<strong>in</strong>ut curat)<br />
pe a<strong>ce</strong>lea care au nevoie <strong>de</strong> refrigerare, atat timp cat e nevoie.<br />
• Gustati mancarea dupa <strong>ce</strong> a fost preparata si evitati consumul mancarurilor gatite<br />
acasa sau ramase <strong>in</strong> timpul atelierului.<br />
• Nu folositi mancaruri cu <strong>un</strong> risc mare <strong>de</strong> siguranta, ca <strong>de</strong> exemplu <strong>ce</strong>le care au <strong>in</strong><br />
compozitie oua cru<strong>de</strong> (maioneza sau <strong>un</strong>ele creme); branzeturi proaspete neambalate;<br />
peste si alte alimente perisabile fara ambalaj sau expirate. A<strong>ce</strong>ste produse se<br />
pot testa <strong>in</strong> siguranta acasa sau direct la producator.<br />
Alergii si <strong>in</strong>toleranta:<br />
• Verificati cu participantii daca au alergii la anumite produse, consultand par<strong>in</strong>tii<br />
daca e ne<strong>ce</strong>sar si alegeti alimente care pot fi consumate <strong>de</strong> catre toata lumea.
