2.1.4 C<strong>un</strong>oscand pr<strong>in</strong> simturi<br />

Per<strong>ce</strong>ptia mediului care ne <strong>in</strong>conjoara si <strong>de</strong> asemenea mancarea, este <strong>in</strong>tot<strong>de</strong>a<strong>un</strong>a legata<br />

<strong>de</strong> contemporana activare a multiplilor stimuli senzoriali, care s<strong>un</strong>t <strong>in</strong>terpretati bazati<br />

pe experiente trecuta.<br />

In cazul mancarii <strong>de</strong> exemplu, chiar daca <strong>un</strong> simt este dom<strong>in</strong>ant fata <strong>de</strong> altele, profilul<br />

pe care il per<strong>ce</strong>pem este rezultatul acti<strong>un</strong>ii comb<strong>in</strong>ate a simturilor. A<strong>ce</strong>asta, impre<strong>un</strong>a<br />

cu bagajul cultural legat <strong>de</strong> <strong>in</strong>fluenta mediului <strong>in</strong>conjurator, <strong>de</strong>f<strong>in</strong>este alegerile noastre.<br />

Totusi pentru a rec<strong>un</strong>oaste si a aprecia calitatea mancarii este folositor sa <strong>in</strong>vatam cum<br />

sa <strong>in</strong>terpretam stimulii senzoriali diferiti si sa <strong>in</strong>telegem <strong>un</strong>ele mecanisme pr<strong>in</strong> care ele<br />

se comb<strong>in</strong>a si se <strong>in</strong>terfereaza <strong>un</strong>a cu alta ducand la per<strong>ce</strong>ptia multi<strong>senzoriala</strong>.<br />

Urmand o <strong>de</strong>gustare <strong>in</strong>itiala pentru a stimula curiozitatea participantilor si a le permite<br />

sa <strong>in</strong>teleaga <strong>un</strong>ele aspecte emotionale legate <strong>de</strong> alegerea mancarii, cursul confr<strong>un</strong>ta<br />

simturile <strong>un</strong>ul cate <strong>un</strong>ul, <strong>in</strong>torcandu-se <strong>in</strong>tr-<strong>un</strong> f<strong>in</strong>al la evaluarea multi<strong>senzoriala</strong>. Noile<br />

abilitati dobandite ar trebui sa transforme a<strong>ce</strong>asta experienta <strong>in</strong>tr-<strong>un</strong>a mai <strong>in</strong>formata si<br />

mai constientizata.<br />

2.1.5 La <strong>ce</strong> varsta?<br />

Nu este limita <strong>de</strong> varsta pentru participare la experimentele si exercitiile menite sa<br />

re<strong>de</strong>f<strong>in</strong>easca simturile. Totusi, va ream<strong>in</strong>tim, ca, copiii <strong>de</strong> pana la 7 – 8 ani au o vizi<strong>un</strong>e<br />

subiectiva, <strong>in</strong>tuitiva si o imag<strong>in</strong>e atotcupr<strong>in</strong>zatoare asupra realitatii. Este, <strong>de</strong>ci, greu pentru<br />

ei sa separe diferitele sfere senzoriale, <strong>un</strong>a <strong>de</strong> alta, <strong>de</strong> a confr<strong>un</strong>ta pro<strong>ce</strong>sul <strong>in</strong>tr-<strong>un</strong><br />

mod analitic si sa exam<strong>in</strong>eze rational parerile altora. Pana la a<strong>ce</strong>asta varsta este preferabil<br />

sa lucrati pe <strong>in</strong>fluentele care apar <strong>in</strong> experientele lor zilni<strong>ce</strong>. Mesele <strong>de</strong> acasa sau<br />

<strong>de</strong> la scoala, gustarile cu prietenii, vizitele la fabrici sau la ferme si progresia sezoanelor<br />

reprez<strong>in</strong>ta stimulenti <strong>in</strong> <strong>in</strong>vatarea <strong>de</strong>spre <strong>de</strong>osebirea d<strong>in</strong>tre <strong>un</strong> simt si altul si asocierea<br />

<strong>in</strong>tuitiva a a<strong>ce</strong>stora cu realitatea, imbogat<strong>in</strong>du-I cu aspecte <strong>de</strong> imag<strong>in</strong>atie si emotie.<br />

A<strong>ce</strong>stea contribuie <strong>in</strong> mod <strong>de</strong>term<strong>in</strong>ant la creearea memoriei senzoriale a copilului ,<br />

<strong>de</strong>f<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>d gusturi si obi<strong>ce</strong>iuri.<br />

De la varsta <strong>de</strong> 12 ani, cand capacitatea logica si analitica este mai avansata, copilul<br />

reuseste sa isi analizeze critic per<strong>ce</strong>ptiile senzoriale <strong>in</strong> relatie cu mediul si poate construi<br />

cu altii <strong>un</strong> schimb <strong>de</strong> i<strong>de</strong>i si sa <strong>in</strong>teleaga p<strong>un</strong>ctele <strong>de</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>re.<br />

A<strong>ce</strong>sta este momentul pentru a-i <strong>ghid</strong>a sa confr<strong>un</strong>te si sa evalueze diferite tipuri <strong>de</strong><br />

produse si relatia lor cu resursele ne<strong>ce</strong>sare pentru a le produ<strong>ce</strong>, a le distribui si a le<br />

consuma.<br />

Fiecare exercitiu <strong>in</strong>clu<strong>de</strong> sugestii pentru diferite grupe <strong>de</strong> varsta, urmariti ma<strong>in</strong>ile care<br />

<strong>in</strong>dica grupurile <strong>de</strong> varsta la experientele si exercitiile care urmeaza.<br />

Indica sugetii pentru copiii cu varsta <strong>de</strong> pana la 7 ani<br />

Indica sugestii pentru copiii cu varsta <strong>de</strong> peste 12 ani
