acestor gene, indică, că razele UVB ale soarelui
sunt responsabile de evoluţia cancerogenezei în
piele. În cadrul acestui proces au loc diverse
schimbări în sistemele de control al ciclului
celualr, oncogenic şi supresia tumorală. S-a
efectuat un studiu al pacienţilor cu cr bazocelular
în Suedia. Majoritatea distribuţiilor genotipice erau
în concordanţă cu echilibrul Hardy-Weinberg.
S-a observat dezechilibru între alelele – 174 şi –
597 în gena IL-6 la persoanele examinate (31).
Majoritatea cercetătorilor subliniază acţiunea
factorilor exogeni, endogeni, cît şi a celor genetici
în dezvoltarea carcinomului bazocelular.
