ÎN TRATAMENTUL TULBURĂRILOR DE CONVERSIE

Rezumat
Uzul antipsihoticului este recunoscută de psihofarmacologia actuală în multiple
entităţi nozologice psihiatrice.
Lărgirea spectrului de utilizare de la tulburarea psihotică si la tulburarea de
conversie a antipsihoticului este în concordanţă cu suportul biochimic, un rol
important jucându-l interacţiunile funcţionale la nivel joncţional a diferitelor linii de
neuromediator.
Tulburarea de conversie în special cea cu factori asociaţi de prognostic nefavorabil,
suscită la utilizarea de schemă terapeutică cu impact relativ rapid pe simptom şi
căutarea unei modalităţi de îmbunătăţire a predicţiei negative de evoluţie.
Experienţa noastră clinică a evidenţiat rezultate în abordarea psihofarmaceutică cu
antipsihotic din generaţia a II-a în doze terapeutice minime, desprinzând astfel
oportunitatea utilizării acestuia ca alternativă la terapiile complementare.

SECOND GENERATION ANTIPSYCHOTICS IN
THE TREATMENT OF CONVERSION DISORDERS
Abstract
The use of antipsychotic is widely recognized in the present psychopharmacology for
several psychiatric nosologic entities.
Enlarging the usage spectrum of the antipsychotic from the psychotic disorder to the
conversion disorder is in accordance with the biochemical support, an important
role being played by the functional interactions at the level of junctions of different
neuro-mediator lines.
The conversion disorder, especially the one with associated factors of unfavorable
prognosis, leads to using a therapeutic scheme with a relatively rapid impact on the
symptom and searching for a method to improve the negative evolution prediction.
Our clinical experience highlighted results in the psycho-pharmaceutical approach
with second generation antipsychotic in minimal therapeutic doses, thus proving the
opportunity of using it as an alternative to complementary therapies.
