Rezumat<br />
Introducere. Realitatea unui conflict neuro-vascular in regiunea ungiului<br />
ponto-cerebelos s-a impus in ultima perioada datorita decompresiunii chirurgicale ale<br />
nervilor cranieni responsabili de spasmul hemifacial sau de neuralgia faciala. Nervul<br />
auditiv deasemenea nu evita aceasta patologie. In acelas timp, sindromul de<br />
compresiune al nervului cochlear ramane pina in present controversat.<br />
Material si metoda. Criteriile de selectie ale celor 15 pacienti au fost :<br />
acuphene unilaterale, invalidante asociate de potentiale evocate auditive (P.E.A.) de tip<br />
