de risc intercurenţi. S-a descris chiar posibilitatea “schimbării profilului clinic” al
bolnavilor, care din colopaţi devin dispeptici şi invers (8). Variabilitatea în timp explică
şi variaţiile mari ale fenomenului de “overlap” (25). Studiul nostru semnalează mutaţii
din cele mai diverse la un an de la luarea în evidenţă a bolnavilor, cu modificări
simptomatice intrasegmentare şi chiar cu deplasări ale simptomelor de la segmentul
proximal la cel distal şi invers..
Explicaţia tuturor acestor observaţii clinice rezidă în caracterul comun al
factorilor de risc pentru toate TFD, al mecanismelor de control (anomaliile axului
“brain-gut”) şi ale tulburărilor funcţionale de bază (hipersensibilitate, dismotilitate).
In clinică, identificarea asocierilor este importantă pentru individualizarea
terapiei.
