Solução:<br />

O nome <strong>do</strong> computa<strong>do</strong>r é um nome que o computa<strong>do</strong>r usa <strong>para</strong> se i<strong>de</strong>ntificar<br />

em uma re<strong>de</strong> ou um <strong>do</strong>mínio. Em um ambiente <strong>de</strong> gerenciamento<br />

centraliza<strong>do</strong>, um <strong>do</strong>mínio <strong>do</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> po<strong>de</strong> consistir em um servi<strong>do</strong>r principal<br />

e um ou mais servi<strong>do</strong>res integrantes, ou um servi<strong>do</strong>r autônomo. O <strong>CA</strong><br />

<strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong> usa os nomes <strong>do</strong>s computa<strong>do</strong>res <strong>do</strong> servi<strong>do</strong>r principal e <strong>do</strong>s<br />

servi<strong>do</strong>res integrantes <strong>para</strong> estabelecer comunicação entre os servi<strong>do</strong>res.<br />

O <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong> não po<strong>de</strong> se comunicar após a alteração <strong>do</strong> en<strong>de</strong>reço<br />

IP <strong>de</strong> um servi<strong>do</strong>r <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong><br />

Váli<strong>do</strong> em plataformas Win<strong>do</strong>ws.<br />

Visão geral<br />

Há vários motivos pelos quais o en<strong>de</strong>reço IP po<strong>de</strong> ser altera<strong>do</strong> em um servi<strong>do</strong>r<br />

<strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong>. Alguns <strong>do</strong>s motivos mais comuns são os seguintes:<br />

■ A placa <strong>de</strong> interface <strong>de</strong> re<strong>de</strong> (NIC) foi substituída em um servi<strong>do</strong>r <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong><br />

<strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong>. Quan<strong>do</strong> o computa<strong>do</strong>r é reconecta<strong>do</strong> à re<strong>de</strong>, o en<strong>de</strong>reço<br />

IP é diferente daquele da placa <strong>de</strong> re<strong>de</strong> anterior.<br />

■ O servi<strong>do</strong>r <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong> se comunica com um servi<strong>do</strong>r DHCP<br />

<strong>para</strong> obter um en<strong>de</strong>reço IP e o servi<strong>do</strong>r <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong> se<br />

conecta a um servi<strong>do</strong>r DHCP diferente.<br />

Sintomas:<br />

Após alterar o en<strong>de</strong>reço IP <strong>de</strong> um servi<strong>do</strong>r principal, <strong>de</strong> um servi<strong>do</strong>r autônomo<br />

e <strong>de</strong> um sistema que hospeda o console <strong>de</strong> gerencia<strong>do</strong>r <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong><br />

<strong>Backup</strong>, o <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong> <strong>de</strong>monstra o seguinte comportamento:<br />

■ Em um servi<strong>do</strong>r integrante e em um sistema que hospeda o console <strong>de</strong><br />

gerencia<strong>do</strong>r <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong>, o valor <strong>do</strong> <strong>do</strong>mínio é "Nenhum" nos<br />

campos Servi<strong>do</strong>r padrão e Segurança console <strong>do</strong> gerencia<strong>do</strong>r.<br />

■ Mensagens <strong>de</strong> erro aparecem quan<strong>do</strong> você clica no link <strong>Backup</strong> na Barra<br />

<strong>de</strong> navegação <strong>do</strong> servi<strong>do</strong>r integrante. Por exemplo, a mensagem pop-up<br />

"Conectan<strong>do</strong> ao servi<strong>do</strong>r principal" é exibida.
