Solução <strong>de</strong> problemas <strong>de</strong> configurações SAN<br />

1. Verifique se há no log <strong>de</strong> ativida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong> quaisquer<br />

erros <strong>de</strong> licença <strong>para</strong> SAN.<br />

Se necessário, adicione a licença <strong>para</strong> SAN apropriada.<br />

2. Verifique se há no log <strong>de</strong> ativida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong> quaisquer<br />

erros <strong>de</strong> licença <strong>para</strong> TLO.<br />

Se necessário, adicione a licença <strong>para</strong> TLO apropriada.<br />

3. Verificar o status <strong>do</strong> serviço <strong>do</strong> mecanismo <strong>de</strong> fitas <strong>do</strong> servi<strong>do</strong>r principal <strong>do</strong><br />

<strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong><br />

a. Na GUI <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong>, acesse a tela Administra<strong>do</strong>r <strong>de</strong><br />

servi<strong>do</strong>res e verifique o status <strong>do</strong> serviço <strong>do</strong> mecanismo <strong>de</strong> fitas.<br />

b. No log <strong>de</strong> ativida<strong>de</strong>s <strong>do</strong> <strong>CA</strong> <strong>ARCserve</strong> <strong>Backup</strong>, verifique se há um<br />

evento <strong>de</strong> interrupção <strong>do</strong> mecanismo <strong>de</strong> fitas <strong>do</strong> servi<strong>do</strong>r principal.<br />

c. No Visualiza<strong>do</strong>r <strong>de</strong> eventos <strong>do</strong> sistema Win<strong>do</strong>ws, verifique se há um<br />

evento <strong>de</strong> interrupção <strong>do</strong> serviço <strong>do</strong> mecanismo <strong>de</strong> fitas ou uma<br />

exceção.<br />

Se o problema estiver relaciona<strong>do</strong> ao fato <strong>de</strong> o serviço <strong>do</strong> mecanismo <strong>de</strong><br />

fitas principal estar <strong>de</strong>sativa<strong>do</strong>, reinicie e tente novamente.<br />
