JIN–HO HUR
Realizador nascido em 1963, concluiu o curso na Academy
of Film Arts. A sua primeira curta–metragem, "For Kochal",
foi selecionada para o Vancouver Film Festival. Com um tema
recorrente, o Amor, e já com 16 prémios internacionais, realizou
entre outras, as longas–metragens "Christmas in August"
(1998), que foi exibida na Semana de Crítica de Cannes,
selecionado para o Chicago Film Festival e vencedor do Prémio
da FIPRESCI em Pusan. Seguiu–se "One Fine Spring" (2001),
"April Snow" (2005) e "Good Rain Knows" (2009).

of Film Arts. His first short "For Kochal" was selected for the
Vancouver Film Festival. With a common theme, Love, and now
with 16 international awards, among his features are "Christmas in
August" (1998), screened in the Critics Week in Cannes, also
selected by the Chicago Film Festival and winner of the FIPRESCI
Prize in Pusan. Followed by "One Fine Spring" (2001), "April Snow"
(2005) or "Good Rain Knows" (2009).

In a futuristic world, a mysterious organization called Medusa
Corp is specializing in War for the Future whose main asset
is genetic fusion. To fight this, appears an international force which
leads to a war between good and bad mutants. A dazzling show
of technology and special effects serving a mix of Chinese aesthetic
and martial arts in a lesson of cinema that reminds us of "Blade
Runner" or "Matrix".

ágil do francês Sébastien Drouin, nesta sua primeira longa–

After a brief stop at a dinner where he saves a young waitress from
her abusive ex–husband, he leaves, only to have a serious accident
farther on. Stuck in his car, David is going to face an unexpected
challenge because of what he carries in the back of his car. This
thrilling screenplay is served by the agile direction of first–time
director Sébastien Drouin. Selected for Fright Fest – London.

primeira longa–metragem.
