O futuro da empresa já começou a ser construído e os
planos são cada vez mais ambiciosos. Hoje o Shopping da
Indústria já conta com uma filial em Guarapuava (PR), que
atende o setor florestal da região com mangueiras e vedações.
Pensando em mão de obra, Denise de Sá aponta para a
possibilidade de cursos para profissionais que queiram entrar
na empresa. “Estamos crescendo e precisamos preparar os
novos funcionários para suprir as nossas futuras demandas”,
reitera Denise.
O próximo passo em direção ao futuro é a reforma para
ampliação da loja. Os projetos já estão prontos para que a
estrutura do Shopping da Indústria seja modernizada para
melhor atender os clientes. Serão construídas salas de espera,
para o administrativo e de reunião, trocados balcões e toda
a fachada da loja será reconstruída. Segundo Jean, isso tudo
é feito para dar as melhores condições de trabalho para seus
funcionários e atender os clientes com excelência. “Faremos
uma loja com o padrão dos clientes que atendemos e daremos
o conforto que eles merecem”, relata Jean.

HARVEST LINE
Jairo Reckziegel, Harvest and Maintenance Manager at
Remasa Reflorestadora, made the first contact with Shopping
da Indústria in 2012. “We had acquired mechanized harvesting
equipment, and we needed support with hoses, terminals, and
hydraulic seals,” said Remasa Manager Reckziegel.
The Remasa Manager also points out that in addition to the
undisputed quality of the products, the availability of evening, on
weekends, and holiday service was one of the differentials that
made the relationship remain firm in these 10 years. “Our biggest
benefit with Shopping da Indústria is that it doesn’t close, the
Company is always ready to meet our needs,” he praises. The Remasa
Manager also emphasizes that everything has always been
carried out with excellence and has often exceeded his company’s
expectations. “We have no complaints, and there is nothing to
discredit the work of Shopping da Indústria.”
The future of the Company has already begun to be constructed,
and plans are increasingly ambitious. Today, Shopping da
Indústria already has a branch in Guarapuava (PR), which serves
the Forestry Sector in the Region with hoses and seals. Thinking
about labor, Financial Director de Sá points to the possibility of
courses for professionals who want to work with the Company.
“We are growing, and we need to prepare new employees to
meet our future demands,” reiterates the Financial Director. The
next step towards the future is the refurbishment and expansion
of the store. The designs are already ready for the structure of
Shopping da Indústria to be modernized to better serve our customers.
Waiting rooms will be built for management and meetings
and exchanged counters, and the entire façade of the store will
be rebuilt. According to the Managing Director, this is all done
to provide the best working conditions for employees and serve
customers with excellence. “We will create a store with the standards
the customers we serve want and give them the comfort
they deserve,” says Managing Director da Sá.
