Laura's commitment to the community
is at the heart of her business. Laura lives,
works, and gives back!
For every sale Laura donates a portion to
the following charities.
Laura learned the real estate business from her mother Gloria, who was a
top agent and manager in the Detroit area and in Santa Monica, Laura’s
early career was in the entertainment industry, producing commercials
globally with award-winning producers and directors. Eventually Laura
felt called to follow her mother’s footsteps into the real estate business.
The organizational skills she learned managing large productions were
perfectly suited to her role as a top-producing real estate agent: attention
to detail; an expert grasp of numbers and negotiating skills; an ability to
bring people together for a common goal, and a unique set of sales and
marketing strategies learned from the most creative advertising and
marketing minds in the world.
Laura Anderson is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®
(NAR), and is particularly proud of having earned the NAR’s SRES®
designation. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Laura works with clients
aged 55+ as they face challenging decisions about estate planning,
retirement, changing careers, downsizing, adapting their homes to “age in
place,” moving to new homes or communities out of state, or moving into
local independent or assisted living facilities.
Laura is deeply involved with her community, supporting the Good
Shepherd Shelter, and her Annual Food Drive. She donates a portion of
the commission she receives with each sale to local charities. Laura lives
in Faircrest Heights – a mid-Los Angeles neighborhood where of the she
serves as President of the local Neighbors United Association, as well as a
business representative on the board of the P.I.C.O. Neighborhood Council,
which includes nearby neighborhoods. This central location enables Laura
to be a neighborhood specialist for some of the most popular areas on the
West Side of Los Angeles – Beverly Hills, Culver City, Downtown LA,
Faircrest Heights, Picfair Village, Hollywood Hills/Los Feliz, Beverlywood,
Reynier Village, and Playa Del Rey.
