GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Prices, dimensions and specifications are subject to changes without notice. The reprinting and/or the whole or partial
unauthorized copying by any means is forbidden. Limitation of responsibility: Although this catalogue has been elaborated with the
utmost care, Abrasteel cannot be taken on responsibility for any error regarding prices and/or information thereof.
PAYMENT METHOD
1) The payment method will never exceed 60 days from the date of the invoice.
2) If there is an expiry date, the conditions will be 30 days to avoid the exceed of the 60 days.
3) Any postponement of the invoices, in its expiry date will result in the closing of the credit account, up to the satisfaction of the
debt and a charge of a late fee.
4) All our sales are insured.
VAT
The official valid value at the time of the purchase will be applied.
ORDERS
The orders will always be served rounding up the units of the packaging indicated in this rate.
PACKAGING
Our prices include standard packaging.
RETURN OF GOODS
1) No refund will be accepted without the prior agreement of the commercial department.
2) The reimbursement will always be carriage PAID.
3) In case of a mistaken reimbursement on shipping or for chargeable reasons to ABRASTEEL, S.L., freight C.O.D will be accepted
by the agency that we indicate. If it comes by another agency, the amount of the postage will be deducted in the payment.
4) Returns must include the dispatch note with the reference indicator of the purchase of the material (invoice number or invoice
and date).
5) Returns will not be accepted if the supplied material has special measures.
6) Returns will not be accepted if the material or its packaging is not in perfect conditions for its subsequent sale.
7) A 15% will be deducted to cover administration expenses.
8) The payment will be deducted in the next invoices.
9) IMPORTANT: The goods leave our storehouses in perfect conditions. For this reason, if it arrives damaged, the complaint must
be written within 24 hours to the transport agency (which normally charges an insurance) to claim the flaw. We will not accept
any kind of claim on that subject.
SHIPPING FEES
1) Our goods always travel to freight C.O.D.
2) The shipping fees will be paid for net orders of more than 600 €.
3) We can send you the goods freight C.O.D. and charge it on the invoice with negotiated prices according to the rate for the
delivery area that your commercial will deliver.
4) Exceptionally, when the shipping fee is paid, the goods will travel with the transport chosen by ABRASTEEL, S.L. Any other that
is indicated will be in charge of the customer.
JURISDICTION
In case of litigation, the courts and tribunals of Manresa will be the only competent ones.
GUARANTEES
The guarantee granted to the products included in this catalogue is the expressed by the manufacturer of those products. The
guarantee exclusively covers the manufacturing defects, never its misuse.
