do setor comercial do grupo. Outra característica dessa versão
é a visibilidade para o operador, com uma altura de até 12m
(metros), podendo ser aplicada no cais, balsas ou navios. Com
isso, é possível caminhões circularem embaixo da estrutura.
Dessa forma, é possível visualizar todas as etapas e, assim,
operar com mais segurança. A manipulação sobre pórtico para
a área florestal e portuária é adaptável para outras funções,
com a possibilidade de deslocamento em uma velocidade
de aproximadamente 4 Km/h (quilômetros por hora), o que
torna uma solução flexível.
MAQUINÁRIO SOBRE PNEUS
O grande diferencial, nos casos de manipuladores sobre
pneus, é o deslocamento com facilidade em velocidades de
até 10 km/h. Pneus maciços ou calibrados automaticamente
permitem maior agilidade de locomoção com segurança.
Uma das estrelas do grupo é o Manipulador PMH 36 que
está em operação, há alguns meses, em uma grande fábrica
de celulose. O maquinário manipula 600t/h (toneladas por

the fuel consumption of the equipment in our contracts. We
succeed in surpassing this target. Today, the equipment is
operating at 17 liters per hour, which is a reduction of around
25% in fuel costs when compared to that of competitors,” he
explains. “At the end of the life of this machine, the value of
the savings exceeds about 50% of the purchase price,” he adds.
The Applications Engineer also points out that the improvement
also is reflected in the useful life of the equipment,
which becomes longer. “It is a machine that works 22 to 23
hours a day, Monday to Monday. As we have excess operational
capacity in the engine, there is lower wear on the
equipment,” explains Applications Engineer Fernandes.
