GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
GENERALITIES
The conditions below are applied to all product sales.
Any customer making a purchase will accept these conditions without reservation.
ACCOUNT OPENING
RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS reserves the right to ask prospective clients for information about their activity and the
documents required to open an account, by means of which it is presented, it may or may not accept the client.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS
Requests are made by phone +351 289 381 720 or e-mail to encomendas@rplclima.com. On the site you can also
place your order with password provided by RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS.
All orders will be provided against reimbursement, pre-transfer to new customers or agreed upon particular
conditions, between RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS and the customer.
In case of non-payment, RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS reserves the right to suspend the supplies of products and
cancellation of access to the site until the normalization of the situation. In case of dispute all matters will be dealt
with in the court of Loulé.
PRICES AND COMMERCIAL DISCOUNTS
The UPDATED unit prices are on the website www.rplclima.com, without VAT and transport, duly referenced.
On these prices RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS may apply a commercial discount, which will be mentioned in the particular
conditions of sale according to the annual purchases of each customer.
SHIPPING EXPEDITIONS
RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS always sends its products with postage included in the invoice, except for special conditions
agreed with the customer. Complaints about transportation must be verified and proven by the customer.
The customer should check quantities, weight, dimensions and condition of the merchandise.
WARRANTIES
The original parts have a 2-year warranty (DL 67/2003 of 8 April, amended by DL84 / 2008 of 21 May), with the exception
of parts for professional vehicles which have a 6-month guarantee. (article 921º of the Civil Code). According to
Decree - Law no. 383/89, dated November 6, RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS may repair or replace the defective part.
RPL QUALITY brand parts have a 1-year warranty.
Compressors are guaranteed by COMPLIANCE by the customer with our WARRANTY CONDITIONS.
RETURN OF MATERIAL
RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS does not accept returns of merchandise that has been manipulated by the customer, only
with the authorization of RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS.
RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS will accept returns that have been previously communicated and accepted.
Once the return is accepted, RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS will make an analysis of what happened with the product and
will inform the customer whether or not to credit the product.
If the merchandise has been sent against refund, RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS will not refund.
A amount will be credited to the customer account. In future purchases, the amount will be amortized.
DOCUMENTS TO FOLLOW THE RETURN COMPRESSORS
In order to ensure an appreciation of it, we need to be completely filled out the form of warranty claims. Always
include a copy of the service invoice made to the end customer.
