• According to Decree - Law no. 383/89, dated November 6, RPL AUTOMOTIVE PARTS may repair or replace the defective part.
• In case of warranty request, it is mandatory to include a copy of the invoice of the service performed.
• When sending a compressor to analyze, it is MANDATORY to place the covers in order not to pour oil during the transport and it must
bring the same oil at the time of the malfunction (do not remove oil).
• Failure to comply with the Warranty Conditions, WILL CANCEL it.
• Upon receipt of the merchandise, it will be analyzed by our technical department and will be sent a report by e-mail. If the goods are not
requested within 30 days after the report has been sent, they will be recycled.
