O gráfico acima mostra os resulta<strong>do</strong>s <strong>do</strong> chama<strong>do</strong> Plangás, programa da Petrobras<br />
volta<strong>do</strong> <strong>para</strong> o desenvolvimento <strong>do</strong> merca<strong>do</strong> de gás natural e da malha de transporte<br />
executa<strong>do</strong> entre os anos 2000 e 2010. Contu<strong>do</strong>, após a extinção <strong>do</strong> programa, não<br />
houve novos investimentos significativos nessa atividade.<br />
Em 2010, a regulamentação da Lei <strong>do</strong> Gás estabeleceu a criação <strong>do</strong> “Plano Decenal<br />
de Expansão da Malha de Transporte Dutoviário <strong>do</strong> País” (Pemat). Porém, a<br />
burocracia excessiva <strong>do</strong> plano afastou o interesse <strong>do</strong>s agentes <strong>do</strong> merca<strong>do</strong>.
