[*]Paula LenguitaRESUMOPara compreen<strong>de</strong>r aespecifici<strong>da</strong><strong>de</strong> política <strong>da</strong> tecnologia,reconstruímos os momentos <strong>de</strong> crisese resignificação do i<strong>de</strong>al <strong>de</strong> progressosocial. Em particular, falamos nautopía cibernética um mo<strong>de</strong>lo <strong>de</strong>controle e abstração do intercâmbio,que materializa uma or<strong>de</strong>minstrumental do social. Segundo aTeoría Crítica, a natureza <strong>de</strong>ssamediação técnica se vincula com atragédia <strong>da</strong> entreguerra, posibilitandoocultar na racionali<strong>da</strong><strong>de</strong> cibernética airracionali<strong>da</strong><strong>de</strong> <strong>da</strong> guerra.
