A reação permaneceu sob refluxo com agitaçãomagnética durante 8 h. Em seguida, o meio foi evapora<strong>do</strong> sob pressãoreduzida. O resíduo marrom foi dissolvi<strong>do</strong> em 500 mL <strong>de</strong> água <strong>de</strong>stilada e<strong>de</strong>scora<strong>do</strong> com solução <strong>de</strong> NaHSO 3 10%, adiciona<strong>do</strong> gota a gota. A soluçãofoi acidificada com H 2 SO 4 5%. Formou-se um óleo preto, que foi separa<strong>do</strong>da fase aquosa por <strong>de</strong>cantação. Adicionou-se 200 mL <strong>de</strong> água <strong>de</strong>stilada ao161

Durante a fervura,adicionou-se gota a gota uma solução <strong>de</strong> NaHSO 3 10% até a completa<strong>de</strong>scoloração <strong>do</strong> óleo. A fase aquosa foi removida e o óleo amarelo restantefoi dissolvi<strong>do</strong> em NaHCO 3 satura<strong>do</strong>, com formação <strong>de</strong> espuma. O meio foiacidifica<strong>do</strong> com H 2 SO 4 5% e fervi<strong>do</strong>.
