Avaliação da ativida<strong>de</strong> biológica da N-heptanoil-HSL sintética(racemato e enantiômeros) e produto natural com o biorepórter A.tumefaciens NTL4(pZLR4).Realizou-se o teste biológico com o biossensor Agrobacteriumtumefaciens NTL4(pZLR4) com os produtos sintéticos (±)-N-heptanoil-HSL, (R)-N-heptanoil-HSL e (S)-N-heptanoil-HSL, além da Fração M <strong>do</strong>cultivo <strong>de</strong> Pantoea ananatis conten<strong>do</strong> a (S)-N-heptanoil-HSL natural.O inóculo <strong>do</strong> microrganismo foi feito em tubo <strong>de</strong> ensaio conten<strong>do</strong> 2mL <strong>de</strong> meio líqui<strong>do</strong> LB, cresci<strong>do</strong> em BOD a 30ºC por 24 h. Em seguida, 20μL <strong>de</strong>ste inóculo foram adiciona<strong>do</strong>s em tubos <strong>de</strong> ensaio conten<strong>do</strong> 2 mL <strong>de</strong>meio líqui<strong>do</strong> LB e 20 μL <strong>de</strong> solução <strong>de</strong> X-GAL (solução estoque a 50mg/mL em DMF, conservada em freezer). Em seguida, os testes foram feitoscom 20 μL <strong>de</strong> soluções <strong>do</strong>s produtos sintéticos e natural (1 mg/mL emetanol). Os testes foram feitos em duplicata. Utilizou-se etanol (20 μL) comobranco. Os tubos foram em seguida incuba<strong>do</strong>s em BOD a 30 ºC durante 48horas. Após este perío<strong>do</strong>, as soluções foram avaliadas visualmente efotografadas.138
