francês e espanhol. Em agosto de 2010
recebeu o prêmio Trajetória 2010 pelo
Lacnic (Registro de Endereços da Internet
para América Latina e Caribe).

Master’s Degree in Economics by the York
University, in Canada, where he also studied
the Doctor's program in Social and Political
Thinking. Co-Founder of the Brazilian
Institute of Social and Economical Analyses
(Ibase) and of Association for Communications
Progress (APC). He is the author of
books, articles and studies on social and political
themes and on the development of the
Internet, published in Portuguese, English,
French and Spanish languages. In August
2010, he received the Trajetória 2010 award
by the LACNIC (Internet Addresses Record
for Latin America and the Caribbean).
