A <strong>APVE</strong> E A NORMALIZAÇÃOA <strong>APVE</strong>, consciente da importância que assume a Normalização para o desenvolvimento económico do Paíse da Europa, com especial relevo para o domínio do veículo eléctrico rodoviário - a baterias, híbrido e a pilhade combustível, promoveu um conjunto de iniciativas que conduziram, em Julho de 2001, à celebração de umProtocolo de Cooperação no Domínio da Normalização, com o Instituto Português da Qualidade (IPQ), noquadro do Sistema Português da Qualidade, tendo assumido funções como Organismo de NormalizaçãoSectorial (ONS) no domínio do veículo eléctrico rodoviário.Em 2003, na sequência de uma candidatura e aprovação ao programa de financiamento PRIME, a <strong>APVE</strong> viureanimada a sua actividade normativa, tendo vindo a desenvolver, junto do Instituto Português da Qualidade,actividade normativa no domínio dos veículos eléctricos rodoviários, nomeadamente com o acompanhamentodos comités técnicos europeus e internacionais do Comité Europeu de Normalização (CEN) e da OrganizaçãoInternacional para a Normalização (ISO), bem como, na elaboração das versões portuguesas de diversas normaseuropeias.Em 2005, a <strong>APVE</strong> viu alargada a sua qualificação como ONS para 3 domínios:- Veículos rodoviários de propulsão eléctrica;- Sistemas eléctricos para veículos eléctricos rodoviários;- Aplicações ferroviárias.Assegurando assim, o funcionamento de três Comissões Técnicas nacionais:- CT 146 - Veículos Eléctricos Rodoviários;- CTE 69 - Sistemas Eléctricos para Veículos Eléctricos Rodoviários;- CT 143 - Aplicações Ferroviárias.bem como, o acompanhamento dos comités técnicos europeus e internacionais:- CEN/TC 301 - Electrically propelled road vehicles;- ISO/TC 22/SC 21 - Road Vehicles/Eletrically propelled road vehicles;- CEN/TC 256 - Railway applications.Figura 2 - Organograma básico do Organismo de Normalização <strong>APVE</strong>
