As the chapter presents the structure of the research, its application, theresults and analyses of these, beyond reflections how much to the pertaining toschool management in the institutions of basic and average education.Theresponsibility of the pertaining to school management in the context is very importantand goes beyond the bureaucratic, administrative, mere financial aspects and also itis responsible for the aspects relationary, for the construction favorable to the studyand the good pedagogical course. The transformation and the capacity to managethe segment pertaining to school are the bedding of the educational success and thedevelopment of aptitude and abilities in the subject apprentice. The pertaining toschool manager has its action directed toward the good results of the education, andthis objective is searched by the division of tasks and integration of ideas and actionof form if to not mere make solid a great commitment through the collective work andpolitician.
