ABSTRACT<br />

Each year there are changes in public transport, to make life easier for many people<br />

with disabilities to have access to the bus, but there is no system, the charts, to facilitate the<br />

visually impaired to know what public transportation is circulating through the time .Thus,<br />

some lose their transport and often <strong>de</strong>pend on the goodwill of others to follow the correct<br />

route. Conclusion The present work is the <strong>de</strong>velopment and elaboration of a prototype system<br />

for i<strong>de</strong>ntifying the bus route, with its use in para<strong>de</strong>s, to facilitate future passenger and the<br />

driver. Work is divi<strong>de</strong>d into a control step on the n<strong>um</strong>eric keypad and an LED panel system<br />

using the voice chip ISD2590, implemented in a PIC16F877 microcontroller from Microchip<br />

®. Will present the control circuits, the systematic functioning and timing system. You will<br />

then be exposed to C language <strong>de</strong>velopment of the audio system. In the end, the prototype<br />

will be validated and performed an analysis of future innovations and because of its use today.<br />
