Os premiados designers Martin Hunt e David Queensberry são especialistas em
desenvolver utensílios cerâmicos para a casa e para a mesa. Na Europa são seguramente
dos designers mais experientes nesta matéria. Têm um profundo conhecimento dos
modernos métodos de produção e das novidades que a tecnologia pode trazer ao seu
sector de actividade. Projectaram muitos dos principais best-sellers desta indústria, um
pouco por todo o mundo. O seu trabalho pode ser encontrado nos principais department
stores na Europa, Estados Unidos, ˘sia e Austrália, assim como nas colecções de muitos
museus, incluindo o famoso Vitoria and Albert Museum em Londres, onde podemos visitar
a maior colecção do mundo, de arte decorativa.
A colaboração da dupla de designers ingleses Queensberry Hunt com a SPAL tem mais
de 15 anos e traduz-se no desenvolvimento de 4 formas: Roulette, Solid, Scoop e Muse.

David Queensberry
Award winning designers Martin Hunt and David Queensberry are specialists in the design
of ceramics, tableware and household products; and are amongst the most experienced
designers in Europe in this field. They have a thorough understanding of modern methods
of production and ceramic technology. They have a wide experience of the International
Market and have designed many of the industryÊs best selling products. Their work can be
found in leading department stores in Europe, US, South East Asia, and Australia, as well
as in the collections of many museums, including the Victoria and Albert Museum in London,
home to the worldÊs greatest collection of decorative art.
SPALÊs collaboration with Queensberry Hunt is over than 15 years and resulted in the
development of 4 shapes: Roulette, Solid, Scoop and Muse shapes.

STEFANIE HERING
Stefanie Hering instalou seu atelier em Berlim em 1992. Foi a partir deste atelier
que cresceu a marca Hering Berlin, hoje um enorme sucesso na Europa.
Apesar do crescimento da sua marca, a designer mantém a preferência pelos métodos
de produção tradicionais, dedicando-se à manufactura de algumas peças individualmente,
sempre expressas na sua linguagem ultramoderna.
O projecto Hering Berlim reúne uma versatilidade que lhe permite adequar-se quer
a um ambiente doméstico quer aos mais sofisticados e luxuosos ambientes de hotelaria
e restauração. As suas peças enquadram-se na perfeição numa experiência gastronómica
promovida pelo selecto Chef Charlie Trotter. Stefanie Hering combina a tradição artística
e a técnica dos grandes fabricantes europeus da porcelana com a sua linguagem única,
pura e moderna.

Designer Stefanie Hering set up her own atelier in Berlin 1992. Since then, Stefanie Herring grew
as a manufacturer and today she has a huge success worldwide.
In her atelier Stefanie Hering still creates individual hand made pieces.
She prefers the traditional production methods and applies them in a contemporary manner.
Stefanie Hering's own work is known under the label Hering Berlin and has an emphasis
on unglazed porcelain � its dry, porous look is synonymous with modernism and poetic purism.
Each piece has a unique form and its own story to tell.
The uniqueness of Hering Berlin porcelain is equally at home on a private dinner table or at the tables
of the world's best restaurants, f.e.world-renowned chef Charlie Trotter's luxury dining experience.
The work of designer Stefanie Hering combines the artistic and technical tradition of the great
European porcelain manufacturers with modern, pure forms. For Hering Berlin she creates a puris with
a feminine handwriting.
