Abstract<br />

Being an admirable discipline synchronized swimming, where the complexity and the<br />

execution of the exercises are overshadowed by the beauty of the choreography, it is<br />

necessary to outline a strategy for its proper implementation. Within this discipline, a variant<br />

of swimming, might also assist in the teaching / learning process of adaptation to the aquatic<br />

environment by generating potential and the size of the motor repertoire it offers, it makes<br />

sense to be consi<strong>de</strong>red in the school context is a more - asset to the school. On a personal<br />

level, it helps the <strong>de</strong>velopment of heritage motor, emotional and social <strong>de</strong>velopment of<br />

children and youth, the variability of motor movements and skills / water it provi<strong>de</strong>s. Due to<br />

ignorance on the part of physical education professionals, it is essential to structure a<br />

document enabling the acquisition of a set of skills that can help in the implementation of<br />

synchronized swimming. Serving this purpose, this article aims primarily to frame some basic<br />

principles for their release, referring to a methodology to consi<strong>de</strong>r boosting early learning<br />

and <strong>de</strong>velopment of basic skills of synchronized swimming.<br />
