Abstract
Being an admirable discipline synchronized swimming, where the complexity and the
execution of the exercises are overshadowed by the beauty of the choreography, it is
necessary to outline a strategy for its proper implementation. Within this discipline, a variant
of swimming, might also assist in the teaching / learning process of adaptation to the aquatic
environment by generating potential and the size of the motor repertoire it offers, it makes
sense to be considered in the school context is a more - asset to the school. On a personal
level, it helps the development of heritage motor, emotional and social development of
children and youth, the variability of motor movements and skills / water it provides. Due to
ignorance on the part of physical education professionals, it is essential to structure a
document enabling the acquisition of a set of skills that can help in the implementation of
synchronized swimming. Serving this purpose, this article aims primarily to frame some basic
principles for their release, referring to a methodology to consider boosting early learning
and development of basic skills of synchronized swimming.
