ABSTRACT
In this work, we intend to demystify the false belief that physical education teachers have
regarding the approach to the Rhythmic Expressive Activities in the classroom and present
some proposals in order to assist the teachers in the teaching of this subject.
The teacher, being a catalyst for teaching and learning should capitalize the available
resources, whether human, spatial, temporal and/or materials, thus contributing to the
effectiveness of this process, in other words, for the integral formation of students.
Currently, the knowledge is available to all. Since this is a mean not an end in itself, we need
to know how to use it. Thus, it is for the teacher to use the available knowledge in order to
counter their weaknesses and as a result, act appropriately in physical education classes.
