Competição do guarda-redes, sendo os resultados, confrontados com aqueles que
acontecem no treino específico do guarda-redes.
De acordo com os resultados que serão encontrados, espera-se conseguir propor
uma alternativa que possa melhorar a qualidade do treino específico do guarda-redes no
Futebol, propondo princípios de treino a adoptar.

The Specific Training Goalkeeper Soccer - From Theory to Practice
ABSTRACT
The Stage is inserted into the area of Sports Training, in the modality of Professional
Soccer in the Club Sport Marítimo. The objective of the stage is experience the reality of
practice, on a professional football team, especially the Goalkeeper Specific Training in
Soccer.
Intention is to observe, analyze and to study this specific training, according to their
particular characteristics to measure the specificity of the same and his principles, provide
an ecological validity, identifying the structure and the importance of the Specific Training
for the goalkeeper in Soccer.
