Capacitating for
building up the future
Anyone observing the macroeconomic
movements notices the speed of the changes,
our difficulties in dealing with this rhythm
and the emerging new fields of economic revolution.
Fields of new interest. Fields of renewed interest.
Field of renewed interest
We understand it is not difficult to accept that the
big fields of economic revolution, not only in Brazil,
but all over the world, are, at least, the following:
1. Education;
2. The systemic innovation;
3. Health;
4. Energy;
5. Land production;
6. Sustainability.
When looking at these fields of interest, the
theoretical potential of the Brazilians for making the
most of the benefits that can come from such important
areas becomes clear to us. In theory, all of them have
real chances of occurrence between us, significantly,
with great success and in large extension.
By mentioning only one of these fields of interest,
I believe that within a few years approximately
60% to 70% of land production will supply the
export markets, going to the people eager for the
“Sun God” and the “Water Goddess”. Being much
more distinctive presences in Brazil, such “Gods”
will allow that food produced in Brazil has better
quality and are cheaper.
Considering land productivity, we also notice that,
similarly to the formation of the Brazilian industrial
park, which was built with multinational capital,
multinational companies will also be responsible for
the land production in Brazil in the future.
Why not Brazilian companies The reason in
this case is fairly simple. In high performance land
production, 95% is the technology responsibility and
only 5% come from labor. Listen to Shimon Peres,
Israel’s president.
In Brazil such ratio is quite different. I was not able
to find statistical data about this matter, but I have
been walking around and noticed this fact. I would
not be surprised if we found a 95% labor to 5%
technology ratio.
However, why do we use the example of
land production for talking about the fields of
economic revolution Because it is an example of
our problems in relation to all the other fields of
interest. They are in front of us and we benefit
very poorly from them.
Speaking truth and realistically, we know that
our use of all these opportunities will be very poor,
as it has always been in most of our endeavors.

DIFFICULTIES – EDUCATION
Everybody talks, rightly, about the fragility of our
education and name it as the reason for our difficulty
in making things happen and benefit from the
opportunities of the scenarios.
At the same time, we see our governments moving
in all efforts in order to fulfill campaign promises.
We face the risk of a great embarrassment of global
magnitude due to the World Football Cup and the
Olympic Games projects.
Is it possible that our primitive education standard
is the only cause of so many problems
PLANNING & PLANNING – KETAN
For me, the answer is complementary: lack of
educations as the basis and lack of planning as the
consequence. The knowledge we get from the people
of cold regions can help here.
The real will, the only valuable one, is the one
expressed by a qualified planning. Any different
alternative is podium politics, which is typical of our
