‏ׁשׁשים המה מלכות וׁשמנים פילגׁשים ועלמות אין מספר׃‎6:8‎ .1
2. Shishim hemah melakhot ushemonim pilagshim vaalamot ein mispar:
3. There are threescore queens, and fourscore concubines, and maidens
without number.
אחת היא יונתי תמתי אחת היא לאמה ברה היא ליולדתה ראוה בנות ויאׁשרוה .1 6:9
מלכות ופילגׁשים ויהללוה׃
2. Akhat hi yonati tamati akhat hi leimah barah hi leyoladtah rauha vanot
vayeashruha melakhot ufilagshim vayehalluha:
3. My Yonah (dove), my undefiled is [but] one; she [is] the [only] one of
her mother, she [is] the choice [one] of her that bare her. The banot
saw her, and blessed her; [yea], the queens and the concubines, and they
praised her.
מי־זאת הנׁשקפה כמו־ׁשחר יפה כלבנה ברה כחמה אימה כנדגלות׃‎6:10‎ .1
2. Mi-zot hanishkafah kemo-shakhar yafah khalvanah barah kakhamah
ayumah kanidgalot:
3. Who [is] she [that] looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear
as the sun, [and] terrible as [an army] with banners?
