INFECÇÕES NA CORRENTE SANGUÍNEA<br />
Infecções Primárias <strong>da</strong> Corrente Sanguínea Clínica (IPCSC)<br />
- Critério 1: com um dos sinais ou sintomas: febre (>38ºC), tremor,<br />
- E<br />
oligúria (volume urinário < 20ml/h) hipotensão (PAS < 90mmHg)<br />
ou (não relacionados com infecção com em outro sítio)<br />
- todos os seguintes <strong>da</strong>dos: hemocultura negativa ou não<br />
realiza<strong>da</strong>; nenhuma infecção aparente em outro sítio; o médico<br />
institui terapia antimicrobiana para sepse.
