Qualifying all of its employees professionally<br />

and evaluating the interaction between leaders<br />

and followers are constant objectives of the<br />

<strong>CCR</strong> Group, in order to stimulate an excellent<br />

working environment. One example is the<br />

Leadership Qualification Program. In 2008, in<br />

a partnership with the Dom Cabral Foundation,<br />

the feedback evaluation between 240 mid and<br />

top leaders was perfected. The process, which<br />

became more clear and concise, evaluated how<br />

leaders analyzed their performance and how the<br />

followers consider the work of the leader.<br />
