Improvements and accomplishments<br />
Total investments came to R$ 796 million, consolidating good economic, social and environmental results<br />
Won the western section of the São Paulo Ring Road, with operations beginning merely six months after<br />
the signing of the contract, and investments of R$ 95 million, which made it possible to obtain operating<br />
improvements and to incorporate existing services, such as the Road to Health program for truck drivers<br />
Advances in the development of Line 4 of the São Paulo Metro, with approval of financing for the work; the<br />
project will constitute the most modern line in operation in Latin America, providing greater safety and comfort<br />
for users<br />
Carrying out the Aprimorando project that involved around 3,800 employees, for the purpose of improving<br />

Updating of toll rates according to the indexes established in the concession contracts<br />
Sites of the concessionaires provide up-to-date information on highway traffic levels. Concessionaires have invested<br />
in vertical and horizontal signing on the sections under concession, in order to inform users who are traveling on<br />
them. <strong>CCR</strong> produces the Giro das Estradas magazine, with travel tips and information regarding the Company<br />
and the numerous services offered to highway users. It also publishes the Amigo Chapa do Caminhoneiro<br />
magazine for truck drivers<br />
<strong>CCR</strong> supports programs that contribute to improving the quality of life of highway users. One example is the Road<br />
to Health program for truck drivers<br />
A poll taken of approximately 3,000 users reveals that 86.3% approve the Group’s achievements – which is a higher<br />
percentage than the 83.6% in 2007<br />
