STP – With 550,000 new users added in 2008,<br />
the STP Group, the first in Brazil to operate and<br />
manage automatic toll and parking payment<br />
services – Sem Parar, Via Fácil, and Onda Livre –<br />
closed out the year with 1.3 million customers.<br />
After including ten concessionaires in the system<br />
during the year, there are now 35 that use the<br />
service, that covers 82% of the existing toll<br />
areas, besides 22 parking areas in the States of<br />
São Paulo (including Congonhas Airport), Rio de<br />
Janeiro, and Paraná. <strong>CCR</strong> holds 38.25% of the<br />
capital of the company.<br />
<strong>CCR</strong> Engelog – In 2008, the company played an<br />
important role in the success of the <strong>CCR</strong> Group,<br />
by managing of a total of R$ 797.6 million in<br />
investments made by the Company, through 637<br />
contracts that involved around 6,500 employees<br />
in construction and road conservation work.<br />
<strong>CCR</strong> Engelog was created to be the engineering<br />
center for coordinating the construction and<br />
development of engineering solutions (turnkey<br />
contracts) to manage projects for all of the<br />
Group’s concessionaires. <strong>CCR</strong> Engelog also has<br />
a division specializing in technology projects for<br />
the entire Group.<br />
<strong>CCR</strong> Actua – In line with the worldwide trend to<br />
rationalizing processes and to economies of scale,<br />
the objective of <strong>CCR</strong> Actua is to establish itself<br />
as a Center for Shared Services that serves all of<br />
the concessionaires of the <strong>CCR</strong> Group in their<br />
administrative needs, in order to add value to the<br />
business with distinctively different solutions.<br />
STP – Com a adesão de 550 mil novos usuários em 2008,<br />
o <strong>Grupo</strong> STP, o primeiro no Brasil a operar e gerir serviços<br />
de pagamento automático de pedágios e estacionamentos,<br />
com o Sem Parar, o Via Fácil e o Onda Livre, encerrou o ano<br />
com 1,3 milhão de clientes. Após a inclusão de dez concessionárias<br />
no sistema no período, atualmente são 35 as que<br />
utilizam o serviço, que cobre 82% dos pedágios existentes,<br />
além de 22 estacionamentos em São Paulo (inclusive o do<br />
Aeroporto de Congonhas), no Rio de Janeiro e no Paraná.<br />
A <strong>CCR</strong> detém 38,25% do capital social da empresa.<br />
<strong>CCR</strong> Engelog – Em 2008, a empresa teve importante participação<br />
no sucesso do <strong>Grupo</strong> <strong>CCR</strong> ao contribuir para a<br />
gestão de um total de R$ 797,6 milhões em investimentos<br />
realizados pela Companhia, gerenciando 637 contratos,<br />
que envolveram cerca de 6.500 funcionários em obras e<br />
conservação de vias. A <strong>CCR</strong> Engelog foi criada para ser<br />
o centro de engenharia na coordenação da construção e<br />
do desenvolvimento de soluções de engenharia (contratos<br />
turn-key) e de gerenciamento de projetos de todas as<br />
concessionárias do <strong>Grupo</strong>. A <strong>CCR</strong> Engelog conta, ainda,<br />
com uma divisão especializada em projetos de tecnologia<br />
para todo o <strong>Grupo</strong>.<br />
<strong>CCR</strong> Actua – Alinhada à tendência mundial de racionalização<br />
de processos e de ganho de escala, a <strong>CCR</strong> Actua tem como<br />
objetivo consolidar-se como um centro de serviços compartilhados,<br />
que atende todas as concessionárias do <strong>Grupo</strong> <strong>CCR</strong><br />
em suas necessidades administrativas, uma forma de agregar<br />
valor ao negócio, com soluções diferenciadas.<br />
