The <strong>CCR</strong> Group does not include human rights clauses in its investment contracts.<br />
Compliance with the criteria for this subject is a part of the scope of product and service<br />
contracts signed with suppliers.<br />
In 2008, <strong>CCR</strong> began to evaluate supplier contracts in light of human rights criteria.<br />
Therefore, 145 of the Group’s most significant suppliers were analyzed from this<br />
standpoint, including clauses referring to labor legislation and contract rescission, if<br />
there are indications of child and/or slave labor.<br />

<strong>CCR</strong> employees have full freedom to participate in labor negotiations, and there is no risk<br />
that threatens the right to freely associate or be involved in collective bargaining.<br />
There are no operations with potential risk of child labor. As of 2008, the <strong>CCR</strong> Group<br />
began to include rescission clauses in its contracts, if it is proven that child labor is<br />
being used. The measure is in line with the Company’s Code of Ethics and its Social<br />
Responsibility Policy.<br />
