Na Figura 4.28 apresenta-se a superfície <strong>de</strong> resposta da RC 91d do compósito com substituição parcial do cimento Portland CPV ARI RS <strong>em</strong> função do teor <strong>de</strong> substituição por cinza volante e do teor <strong>de</strong> CaCl2.2H2O, conforme mo<strong>de</strong>lo <strong>de</strong>terminado pela análise multivariada. A superfície <strong>de</strong> resposta d<strong>em</strong>onstra que a RC 91d do compósito <strong>de</strong>cresce acentuadamente para teores acima <strong>de</strong> 5%. Verifica-se, também, que a RC 91d, praticamente in<strong>de</strong>pen<strong>de</strong> do teor <strong>de</strong> CaCl2.2H2O, o que é confirmado através da análise numérica da equação n° 21. Proce<strong>de</strong>ndo a otimização da função, <strong>de</strong>ntro dos limites impostos pelas condições <strong>de</strong> produção do compósito, resulta a composição e a expectativa <strong>de</strong> resistência à compressão aos 91 dias <strong>de</strong> ida<strong>de</strong> apresentados na Tabela 4.33. Para cada teor <strong>de</strong> substituição, foram realizadas análises variando o teor <strong>de</strong> CaCl2.2H2O nos valores <strong>de</strong> 0%, 1%, 2% 3% e 4,5%, calculados sobre a massa <strong>de</strong> cimento Portland do compósito. Em função do efeito microfiler verificado não houve necessida<strong>de</strong> da utilização <strong>de</strong> aditivo superplastificante. 171
