CONCLUSÕES
A vertigem migranosa é uma entidade clínica em
desenvolvimento que deve ser considerada no diagnóstico
diferencial das vertigens recorrentes. Tem uma
apresentação clínica variável em diversos aspectos e a
associação a enxaqueca pode ser subtil. A chave para
o diagnóstico é a ocorrência simultânea de vertigem
com enxaqueca ou com sintomas migranosos, presença
de factores precipitantes de enxaqueca e a resposta da
sintomatologia a fármacos usados no tratamento da
enxaqueca.
