CONCLUSÕES<br />

A vertigem migranosa é uma entidade clínica em<br />

desenvolvimento que deve ser considerada no diagnóstico<br />

diferencial das vertigens recorrentes. Tem uma<br />

apresentação clínica variável em diversos aspectos e a<br />

associação a enxaqueca pode ser subtil. A chave <strong>para</strong><br />

o diagnóstico é a ocorrência simultânea de vertigem<br />

com enxaqueca ou com sintomas migranosos, presença<br />

de factores precipitantes de enxaqueca e a resposta da<br />

sintomatologia a fármacos usados no tratamento da<br />

enxaqueca.<br />
