Este artigo tem a intenção de apresentar algumas concepções de criatividade
e de processo criativo e objetiva descrever as mais importantes perspectivas
nessas áreas. De acordo com a literatura, uma definição e uma interpretação
do conceito de criatividade poderiam considerar várias dimensões: áreas de
expressão, graus, níveis de motivação, relevância social e o contexto dentro do
qual está organizado o processo criativo. Esse processo apresenta um largo espectro
de características e performances, sendo organizado em uma sequência
de fases importantes para o objetivo da explicação, para o desenvolvimento e
a descrição dos grupos criativos. O artigo aborda também temas como insight,
talento e inteligência humana, criatividade individual e grupal. Finalmente, descreve
o pensamento lógico, criativo e também a flexibilidade.

This article intends to present some conceptions of creativity and the creative
process and aims to describe the most important perspectives in these areas.
Several notions emerge when creativity and the creative process are concerned.
According to the literature, we can see that a definition and an interpretation of
the creative concept should consider the following dimensions: expression areas,
degrees, motivation levels, social relevance, and the context within which
the creative process is organized. This process embraces a wide range of features
and performances, organized in a sequence of phases, which are important
for the purpose of explanation, for the development, and for the description
of the creative groups. Furthermore, the article also approaches issues such as
insight, human talent and intelligence, and individual and collective creativity.
Finally, it describes the logical, creative thinking and also the flexibility.
