Um novo olhar à
formação docente

RESUMO
Este trabalho tem por objetivo refletir sobre
a formação docente, oportunizando aos educadores
um repensar crítico e significativo
sobre a elaboração, organização e execução
de seus procedimentos pedagógicos. O aporte
teórico definido foi de autores que defendem a
formação permanente do educador como uma
ação pensada estrategicamente, dentro de um
contexto social caracterizado por influências
econômicas, sociais e políticas. Este artigo
teve como objetivo compreender a importância
de planejar as ações político-pedagógicas
vivenciadas na formação permanente do educador
nos diferentes níveis educativos, tendo
em vista que a ausência de políticas públicas
gera uma falta de motivação para a mudança
dos paradigmas, permanecendo uma distância
entre teoria e prática no contexto das práticas
educativas e do planejamento docente.

ABSTRACT
This paper aims to reflect on teacher training,
providing opportunities for educators to
rethink, critically and significantly, the
drafting, organization and execution of
their teaching procedures. The theoretical
support defined was developed by authors
who advocate the continuing training of
educators as an action strategically designed
within a social context characterized by
economic, social and political influences. This
article aims to understand the importance
of planning the political-teaching actions
experienced in the permanent training
of educators in the different educational
levels, taking into consideration that the
absence of public policies gives rise to a lack
of motivation for a change of paradigms,
and thus a disconnection between theory
and practice remains in the context of
educational practices and teacher planning.
