Elaboración:<br />
BISCOITO<br />
Bater as claras a punto <strong>de</strong> neve e mesturar coas xemas<br />
tamén batidas. Botar o azucre pouco a pouco e remexer.<br />
Engadir a fariña tamén pouco a pouco para que non baixe.<br />
Botar nun mol<strong>de</strong> untado con manteiguiña e poñer a<br />
repousar uns minutos.<br />
Meter no forno a temperatura alta.<br />
Deixar arrefriar e sacar do mol<strong>de</strong>.<br />
